Back in early October I was called to visit Mother Ceiba at the heart of the Solfeggio sanctuary. As I viewed her massive roots spreading out in all directions, crossing over a small ravine and rising up the adjacent hillside, I realized not only is she holding up an entire hillside, the trees around her are helping to support her in this expression. Pavilion Construction Prayer
The follow is a prayer and blessing I wrote and read for the crew on the first day of construction in September, 2012. The young men, who built The Pavilion were a blessing to me. I was so grateful for their enthusiasm, willingness to please, laughter, and the attention and care they put into everything they did each day.
